Westchester County Board of Legislators just outlawed the spreading of radioactive toxic fracking waste brine on roads as a de-icer or dust suppressant, treatment of it in sewage plants, or disposing of it anywhere.

Toxic fracking waste will not be washed, during storm events, onto lawns and school playing fields, into streams, ponds, lakes, reservoirs and aquifers or be transported on the tires onto private driveways and into garages.
